2. Drink more Water.
Our bodies are majorly mermaid-like, made up of 60% water! So, to keep our health bubbling, we need to guzzle enough water. Eight glasses a day is the magic number! Think of water as a superhero, swooping in to flush out all the icky toxins, leaving your skin looking plump and perky.
3. Exercise More.
Regular exercise strengthens your body, boosts your energy, and makes you feel better. Try to exercise 5-6 times a week. You can choose activities such as walking, biking, swimming, or fitness workouts.
4. Get Better Sleep.
Snoozing like a boss is crucial for your overall wellbeing. To catch those much-needed Zzz's, slip into a cozy bed and snuggle up in a silent sanctuary for at least 7-8 hours a day. Sweet dreams!
5. Eating Healthy.
Feed your body the good stuff it craves with a balanced meal plan loaded with fresh veggies, wholesome fruits, hearty grains, and rich protein sources that deliver the
essential
vitamins and minerals you need. Dodge processed foods that can be a nutritional black hole and keep hunger at bay by snacking smart and avoiding mealtime skippin'.
